With their debut album only a week away, Australian trio Middle Kids today reveal album opener Bought It. The album is titled Lost Friends and will be released on May 4th via Domino Records (Arctic Monkeys, The Last Shadow Puppets, Franz Ferdinand). Listen to Bought It below.

Yesterday, the band appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and played Mistakes, the first single from the new album. Lost Friends follows on from the self-titled debut EP which was released in 2017 to critical acclaim and features hit singles Edge Of Town and Your Love.

Middle Kids first came to public attention with the release of their debut single Edge Of Town in 2016, when Sir Elton John declared himself a fan of the song and aired it on his Beats 1 radio show.

Having appeared at SXSW and supported the likes of Cold War Kids, Ryan Adams and The War On Drugs, Middle Kids will kick off an extensive US tour this June, including festival plays at Governors Ball in New York City and Firefly Music Festival in Dover. All dates and ticket links can be found below.

Lost Friends is available to pre-order now.
