New York rockers The Strokes have just announced their first new album in seven years, The New Abnormal, will be released on April 10 via Cult/RCA. The Julian Casablancas fronted band have also dropped their first new music since 2013 in the shape of new song At The Door.

The song was debuted yesterday during their performance at Senator Bernie Sanders’ University of New Hampshire rally and comes with a video directed by Mike Burakoff.

The New Abnormal, which is their sixth studio album, was recorded at Shangri-La Studios in Malibu and produced by Rick Rubin. The album’s cover artwork is a painting titled “Bird on Money” by Jean-Michel Basquiat.

The group will tour Europe and the UK later this month for a run of intimate shows, including gigs in Berlin, Paris, and London’s Roundhouse on February 19. Tickets for the London show will be available shortly.
