Nottingham’s Wollaton Park is set to host Splendour Festival on July 19th-20th, 2025, boasting a diverse lineup headlined by indie giants Bloc Party, Britpop stalwarts Kaiser Chiefs, Scottish rockers Travis, and singer-songwriter Jake Bugg. The festival also welcomes pop sensations Clean Bandit, disco queen Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and R&B vocalist Natasha Bedingfield, alongside alternative icons Echo & The Bunnymen, bluesman Seasick Steve, folk-rockers The Levellers, and Scottish rockers The Fratellis.

A notable addition to this year’s event is the Day Fever stage, a daytime disco experience curated by Jon McClure of Reverend and the Makers and Vicky McClure. Day Fever promises a selection of party anthems, transitioning into an evening program of electronic music, the details of which are yet to be revealed.

Across six stages nestled within the scenic deer park of Wollaton Hall, Splendour’s lineup caters to a wide range of musical tastes. Attendees can also catch performances from Kingfishr, Cardinals, Elvana, Kezia Gill, Brooke Combe, Overpass, Lyvia, The Publics, Pentire, Vicky McClure’s Our Dementia Choir, The Amy Winehouse Band, TSSFU, Tom A. Smith, with further acts still to be announced.

Now in its 17th year, Splendour has become a cornerstone of the East Midlands’ cultural calendar, attracting crowds of up to 30,000. The festival’s growing reputation was solidified with a nomination for Major Festival of the Year in 2023, placing it alongside industry heavyweights like Reading & Leeds and the Isle of Wight Festival. Splendour distinguishes itself by offering accessible pricing, including free entry for children under 11 and discounted youth tickets, making it a popular choice for families.

The festival remains committed to supporting emerging talent, providing a platform for local artists alongside established names. Since its inception in 2008, Splendour has showcased over 150 regional acts, with the coveted opening slot on the main stage reserved for the most promising local band, selected in partnership with the Future Sound of Nottingham.

Splendour is also prioritising sustainability, partnering with Big Green Coach to offer carbon-neutral transportation from various cities across the region, including Leicester, Sheffield, and Lincoln.

Day tickets are now available from £69 plus a booking fee, with payment plans and City Resident discounts offered for both day and weekend tickets. Youth tickets (ages 11-17) are available at a reduced price, and children 10 and under are admitted free with a ticket-holding adult.

All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
