Rising Manchester indie pop four piece Corella today reveal their brand new track Let On. The track drops on Friday, January 18th and follows on from recent single Island which has amassed well over a million Spotify streams. Indie Is Not A Genre has the pleasure to premiere Let On exclusively ahead of its release this coming Friday.
The Manchester group are currently going back and forth between the studio and the road. Recent stints include appearances at Truck, Y NOT, Blackthorn, Tramlines, Ramsbottom, The Great Escape and Edinburgh Fringe festivals as well as a sold out headline show at Manchester’s Academy 3.
The band met at university and soon became known for their energetic live shows. Previous singles such as Barcelona Girl and Waterfall gained support from the likes of BBC Introducing, ITV, BBC Sport and Manchester United FC while recent single Island was added to Spotify’s Hot New Bands playlist.
On January 22nd, Corella will play a free headline show at London’s Camden Assembly alongside Tors as part of the LiveNation Spotlight series. Free tickets are available here.
