Cabbage have just revealed a video for their current single Kevin. Co-starring cult Manchester busking band The Piccadilly Rats, the video was shot earlier this month in Piccadilly Gardens and directed by Dom Foster.
Kevin is a re-recording of the lead track from their 2016 debut EP Le Chou. and is the Manchester band’s first stand-alone single after a series of acclaimed EPs, the latest of which was The Extended Play Of Cruelty.
Cabbage’s new label Infectious Music (Alt-J, Drenge, DMA’s) have re-pressed Young, Dumb And Full Of…, Cabbage’s debut long-player. Originally released for Record Store Day – and selling out immediately – the record compiles the Manchester band’s three four-track EP’s released in late 2016.
Cabbage’s busy summer of Festival appearances includes two shows at Glastonbury. Reading & Leeds, Latitude, TRNSMT, Festival No.6 and Kendal Calling. They have just completed their UK headline tour. Look out for news of 2018 dates soon.
