Lily Allen and AURORA Collaboration Lead Massive New Wave for Øya Festival 2026

Norway’s Øya Festival has unveiled a major artist expansion for its 2026 edition, further cementing its status as a premier destination for international icons and domestic trailblazers. Set to take over Oslo’s Tøyenparken from August 12–15, the festival will host Lily Allen performing her latest acclaimed record, West End Girl, alongside a Scandinavian-exclusive anniversary set from Band of Horses. Perhaps the most anticipated addition is the debut of TOMORA, a new collaborative project from Norwegian sensation AURORA and The Chemical Brothers’ Tom Rowlands. These heavy hitters join a lineup already boasting legends like The Cure and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

Beyond the music, Øya continues to lead the industry in sustainability and progressive programming. Located just a short walk from Oslo’s city centre, the event runs entirely on renewable power and maintains a strict 50/50 gender split across its roster. With 98% of fans arriving via green transport and a sophisticated waste management system that recycles 75% of all onsite materials, the festival remains a global gold standard for eco-conscious touring. The 2026 bill also reinforces a commitment to local talent, featuring standout Norwegian acts like Marit Larsen and Slomosa alongside global stars like Clipse and Underworld.
