High-energy Irish quintet Gurriers has released their new single, “Erasure,” their first new music since the critically acclaimed debut album, Come and See. The track, which was premiered by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 6 Music, is an incendiary piece of call-and-response rock. Known for their live performances, the band infused the song with the heavy dynamics fans have come to love, while its “low end heft” pushes them to new sonic heights.

The single arrives with a “Black Mirror-esque” video directed by Adam Hart (known for “Top Of The Bill”), which is set in a shadowy security agency office. The release also comes with a new run of live shows across the UK. Several dates in Bristol, Leeds, and Glasgow are already sold out, and venues in Oxford and Cambridge have been upgraded due to overwhelming demand.

Following their previous sold-out support slots for Kneecap, the band has been confirmed as the main support for the Irish trio’s headline show at Wembley Arena on September 18th. Gurriers has also announced a December run in Ireland, with two sold-out shows in Dublin and additional dates in Cork and Belfast, as well as a tour of mainland Europe with dates in Brussels, Paris, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, and Heidelberg.

Looking further ahead, Gurriers will embark on their first full North American tour in March 2026, building on the buzz they created as one of the standout acts at SXSW earlier this year. The band also confirmed that Irish bands Nerves and Theatre will support them on their UK and European runs, respectively. With a fresh single and a packed touring schedule, Gurriers are poised for a significant new chapter.
