Nottingham’s Divorce today unveil their first new music of 2025 with the release of their captivating new single, ‘Pill’. The track precedes the band’s highly anticipated debut album, Drive to Goldenhammer, set to drop on March 7th through Gravity/Capitol.
‘Pill’ comes on the heels of the album’s radiant lead single, ‘All My Freaks,’ and the airy, guitar-laden soundscapes of ‘Antarctica,’ both successfully soared to the A-list on BBC 6 Music. Spanning an impressive 5 minutes, ‘Pill’ masterfully intertwines an array of elements, immersing listeners in a swirling tapestry of agitated guitar riffs, contemplative string arrangements, and a heart-wrenching solo piano interlude. The track flirts with swooning alt-country influences, culminating in crashing, dramatic climaxes that showcase Divorce at the zenith of their creative powers.
Of the single, vocalist Tiger Cohen-Towell states:
Divorce set out on an extensive UK tour in March, tickets are available now.
