Stockholm’s rising stars, Clutter, have announced their debut EP, Clutter Loves You, set for release on April 11, 2025, via PNKSLM Recordings. This news coincides with the release of their latest single, “Kraut,” which premiered on BBC Radio 6 Music with Tom Ravenscroft. ‘Kraut,’ the EP’s closing track and the first song the band ever wrote, blends grungy, restless lyrics with melodic indie hooks and a droning, fuzzy bass.
Of the track, the band states,
At our first gig we only played two songs and that was one of them, so it’s quite sentimental. Playing stuff live becomes the benchmark of what we feel about a song and how a crowd reacts, and that was one of the first songs where it all felt right.
Their six-track debut EP, Clutter Loves You, explores existential themes through post-hardcore guitar riffs and spirited, punk-infused anthems.
Building on their debut London show at Shacklewell Arms and a powerful performance at ESNS, Clutter will headline London’s Lexington on April 16th. Their live shows, honed through DIY gigs at their local Stockholm youth center, promise to be electrifying.
Clutter will also support Hinds on their UK tour in February, including a performance at London’s Electric Ballroom on February 26, 2025.
