Moovin Festival 2026: Groove Armada and 2manydjs Lead Heavyweight Phase One Lineup

Moovin Festival returns to the lush, hidden valley of Whitebottom Farm from June 12–14, 2026, promising its most ambitious edition to date. The proudly independent boutique festival has unveiled a massive phase one lineup topped by the formidable pairing of Groove Armada and 2manydjs. Both acts are set to headline the iconic Barn Stage, which is being reimagined for 2026 as the “ultimate rave den”, a stripped-back, high-production space that honours the festival’s 90s free-party roots.

The bill reflects Moovin’s signature eclecticism, bridging the gap between global tastemakers like Gilles Peterson and Nightmares On Wax and underground icons like Danilo Plessow (MCDE). Manchester’s rich club heritage is also front and centre, featuring a rare set from original Haçienda residents Mike Pickering & Graeme Park, alongside local legends DJ Paulette and Mr Scruff. For those seeking live energy, the weekend features Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na with a full live band, acid jazz pioneers Galliano, and the psychedelic sounds of Ozric Tentacles.

Despite its heavyweight bookings, Moovin remains committed to its intimate, “no-VIP” ethos. Tucked away in Etherow Country Park, the festival maintains a limited capacity to ensure a community feel, complete with straw-bale seating, holistic healing, and famously affordable £5 pints. By blending global superstars with rising talent like Porij and Moonchild Sanelly, Moovin continues to prove that a small-scale farm setting can deliver some of the UK’s most significant musical moments.
