Wet Leg have officially unleashed a high-octane remix of their breakout single “Mangetout,” courtesy of indie-sleaze revivalist and Charli xcx collaborator The Dare. The collaboration was born from a chance encounter last October when the two acts shared a DJ booth at an Austin, Texas afterparty. The Dare’s rework infuses the track with his signature electroclash swagger, transforming the original’s post-punk energy into a dance-punk anthem designed for late-night dancefloors.

The remix arrives at a peak moment for the song, which recently went viral after being featured in its entirety during the second episode of HBO’s Canadian sports-romance hit Heated Rivalry. “Mangetout” has remained a staple of the band’s second album, moisturizer, enjoying heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music since its release last summer.

Currently touring across Australia and Japan, Wet Leg’s 2026 itinerary is rapidly expanding. Following a double-weekend stint at Coachella in April, the band will return for their largest UK headline shows to date, including a massive outdoor date at London’s Alexandra Palace Park on July 10. They are also set to join Alanis Morissette for a special support slot at Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park on June 30, alongside a heavy summer festival schedule featuring stops at Governors Ball, Bonnaroo, and Rock En Seine.
