Fresh from a major arena tour with the Jonas Brothers, The All-American Rejects return today with their new single ‘Get This’, lifted from their forthcoming album Sandbox, now set for release this coming spring. Leaning into the band’s left-of-centre indie-pop sensibilities, the track recalls the sharp, melodic energy of early favourites like ‘Gives You Hell’ and ‘Move Along’. It arrives paired with a playful video that sees the band hopping between five different sets inspired by classic holiday movies.

Tyson Ritter shares about the track:

“Little hooks will sit in your pockets like a lead weight that won’t shake out in the dryer. ‘Get This’ was a song born on a drive. It was made in the sunshine on the back porch of our family home. Pure fun like the company it was written around.”

2025 has marked the biggest year of the group’s career to date. Their viral House Party Tour became an unexpected cultural flashpoint, spawning global dates for 2026 and drawing coverage from Nightline, CNN, FADER, Kerrang!, New York Magazine, NPR and more. The breakout single ‘Easy Come, Easy Go’ alone generated hundreds of millions of views across multiple music videos and earned the band a performance on Jimmy Kimmel earlier this year.

‘Get This’ follows recent singles ‘Eggshell Tap-Dancer’ and ‘Search Party’, the latter premiered with MTV and broadcast in New York’s Times Square. With Sandbox already tallying over 10 million streams ahead of release, the band now cap their year with headline sets at KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas and a live appearance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
