After their appearance at Reading/Leeds last weekend, The Wombats have just dropped a surprise new single titled Bee-Sting. The single follows on from their critically acclaimed album Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life which was released earlier this year.. Stream Bee-Sting below.

Frontman Matthew ‘Murph’ Murphy comments on the new song:

“I think the song is again a bit of an homage to the ‘90s, a bit of a psychedelic nod to early Dandy Warhols, maybe. Our UK tour in March/April was probably my favourite tour ever, but it feels like this one is going to go off even more. Wembley is going to be a real moment for us!.

Bee-Sting will be available as a limited edition 7” as of November 9th as well as on an extended edition of Beautiful People

The band have also announced a massive UK arena tour for 2019, including a night at London’s SSE Arena, for which they will be joined my Blaenavon and The Night Café. All dates and ticket links can be found below.
