Demob Happy are back with their fourth album, The Grown Ups Are Talking, set for release on January 30th via Milk Parlour Records. Alongside the announcement, the trio have shared their latest single, “No Man Left Behind,” out today.
Recorded at the iconic Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree with Dave Catching (Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal), the album captures the band at a turning point, reflecting on loss, change, and the uneasy growth that follows. What emerges is their most assured and liberated record yet, one that feels like both a catharsis and a challenge to expectation.
Detailing their new single, frontman Matthew Marcantonio explained:
“Nothing kills more young men than themselves. I see a lack of purpose, community, meaning, and self worth as the cause – deep rooted problems that this song isn’t going to fix – but maybe airing my dirty laundry might help.”
Following a sold-out headline show at London’s Islington Assembly Hall and September’s single “Who Should I Say Is Calling?”, Demob Happy continue to build on critical acclaim from The Guardian, The Independent, NME, DIY, Dork, The Line of Best Fit, Clash, Kerrang!, and Classic Rock. Mainstays on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, and Radio X, they’ve also toured alongside the likes of Jack White, Royal Blood, and Death From Above 1979, with new 2026 headline dates on the horizon.
