Cowboy Hunters Unveil Anti-Troll Anthem and Exclusive Fan Club Ahead of New EP

Cowboy Hunters Unveil Anti-Troll Anthem and Exclusive Fan Club Ahead of New EP

Glasgow’s most confrontational duo, Cowboy Hunters, have shared their most pointed track yet, “Shag Slags Not Flags,” ahead of their forthcoming EP, EPeepee, arriving March 20th. Following the success of previous singles “Money For Drugs” and “Have A Pint,” the new release finds Megan Pollock and Desmond Johnston at their most political, though with their signature irreverent edge.

The track takes a sludgy, doom-heavy aim at internet keyboard warriors, contrasting xenophobic social media rants with a lack of personal fulfilment. “Forty-three with a flag in her bio / said she hates blanks, but that is a typo,” the duo chants over crushing, rhythmic riffs, delivering what is arguably the heaviest and most hilariously direct moment on the new record.

In a move that mirrors their unpredictable live reputation, the band also announced the launch of their official fan club, hosted exclusively on OnlyFans. After a wave of fan comments jokingly suggested the move, the duo decided to monetise the demand, offering subscribers a closer look at exactly what the band have to offer beyond the stage. The announcement comes as the Cowboy Hunters prepare for a massive festival season, with confirmed appearances at 2000trees, End of the Road, and Attitude Festival. Having already built a reputation as one of the UK’s most volatile live acts through tours with Sleaford Mods and Bob Vylan, Cowboy Hunters are quickly proving that in 2026, no one, online or off, is safe from their radar.
