Wide Eyed Boy press shot EVLLiverpudlian quartet Wide Eyed Boy have just revealed their latest single Sun Again. The new track follows on from recent single Lovin’ You Is So Easy. Listen below.

When asked about the new track, the band commented:

It’s about escape. Breaking out of that vicious cycle of mundane life and getting back that sense of freedom to go do whatever the hell you want.

Wide Eyed Boy (formerly known as Whitecliff) met while studying at Paul McCartney’s internationally renowned institute for performing arts (LIPA) whose luminaries include The Wombats, Sandi Thom and more recently Dan Croll. Naming The 1975, The Strokes, and Arctic Monkeys as some of their influences, the band has been on the road with The Rifles last year.

Sun Again is the latest track to be lifted from Wide Eyed Boy’s debut album which is due later this year. Sun Again is available digitally as of now.

Wide Eyed Boy are currently supporting Feeder on their respective UK tour. The band will hit the road again for a run of headline dates in April and May. Dates will be announced shortly.
