The video features an enchanting intro from popular spoken word artist Cecilia Knapp with images from across London and exhibits the band’s love for their hometown.
HAUS’ say on the video:
We wanted to capture London, and how eclectic it is as a place. All the different people, they’re all just as important as the person next to them. There’s just so many stories contained in just one street, one market, one pub, one corner… From day one the majority of us are told not to follow our dreams. Rise above it, do what makes you happy.
Last Year, HAUS made themselves a name with two critically acclaimed singles (Two Minds, Blinded) as well as appearances at The Great Escape, Secret Garden Party, Dot-to-Dot, Truck, Live At Leeds and BBC Introducing Stage at Reading and Leeds.
2016 also saw the band sign to newly-formed Atlas Artist Records, brainchild of Duncan Ellis who has worked with The Young Knives, Foals, Lianne La Havas, Everything Everything, Kodaline, and Skinny Living among many others.
The five piece met and formed a band whilst studying at the Institute of Contemporary Music taking the course and college by storm and gained experience playing a variety of live show with a number of signers.
