Two Door Cinema Club Dirty Air press shotTwo Door Cinema Club have just dropped their latest single Dirty Air. Premiered as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1 last night, Dirty Air is the third track taken from the forthcoming new album False Alarm, set for release on June 21st via Prolifica Inc [PIAS]. The new song follows on from recent singles Talk and Satellite and sees frontman Alex Trimble prowling a ruined city’s dancefloors who comments:

The sky is falling, so pull up a chair. I thought what if we celebrated the end of the world and just had a big party?

False Alarm was recorded with Jacknife Lee who has previously worked with the likes of U2, REM, and The Killers. Following on from 2016’s Gameshow, it is the band’s first release on their new Prolifoca Inc. label. False Alarm is available to pre-order on physical and digital formats.

In October, the Irish trio will head on a UK arena tour with stops in Glasgow, London and Manchester among others. This summer, they will headline Truck, Tramlines, Y-Not and Victorious Festivals. All dates can be found here.
