The Ninth Wave Imitation press shot 2019

The Ninth Wave have recently released the video for their most recent single, Human Behaviour, taken from the second half of their debut album Infancy Part II. The track is the last single from the album before its release on November 15th.

Human Behaviour sees The Ninth Wave mature as a band and sees them use orchestral instrumentation for the first time. Co-vocalist Millie Kidd’s wonderful piano chords intertwine beautifully with Haydn Park-Patterson’s vocals, with the lyric ‘we could just exist, it’s better than saying goodbye’ showing the depth and integrity of the bands lyrics.

The video’s beauty matches that of the song itself, featuring gifted clothes from Vivienne Westwood and upcoming designer Kelsey Randall.

It’s already been a huge year for the band, having the chance to support The Blinders, Yonaka, Chrvches and Suede in various cities across the UK and Europe. Some of The Ninth Wave’s finest tracks are still to be released upon Infancy Part II, their future is looking incredibly bright. Tickets for the band’s current UK headline tour can be purchased here.

Human Behaviour is available via all digital outlets.
