Having recently released their latest single Mule Track, The Blinders yesterday shared a stripped-back, piano version of the song. The track is the most recent to be taken from their upcoming album, Fantasies of a Stay At Home Psychopath, which is out on the 17th July via Modern Sky. Watch the piano version of Mule Track below.

Vivid and atmospheric, this new version is a complete contrast to the single’s electric volatility. The stripped back version allows listeners to reflect on its insightful lyricism, the video shines a spotlight on the band’s versatility.

Mule Track is the latest offering from the band’s upcoming album, Fantasies of a Stay At Home Psychopath’. Previous singles Lunatic (With A Loaded Gun, 40 Days & 40 Nights  and Circle Song have all received extensive support from the likes of Radio 1, Radio 6 Music and Radio X.

Speaking of the track, the band state:

‘Mule Track’ was initially inspired by the painting of the same name, exhibited in the Imperial War Museum, which depicts a Mule train making its way through a battlefield’, ‘The idea being explored is really that hell or versions of hell/heaven clearly exist within the world.
