The Blinders have today announced their new album, Fantasies Of A Stay At Home Psychopath, which will be released on May 8th through Modern Sky UK. As well as this, the band have also shared the first single, Circle Song, and a run of live dates throughout May.

Potentially the finest song the band have ever written, Circle Song is a dark blues track which is underpinned by a driving bass and beautiful lyrics which address life’s confusing crossroads. Circle Song is accompanied by a captivating video which cuts between the band performing and wandering through the bleak landscape of the Peak District.

Circle Song is the first track to be released from The Blinders’ upcoming album, Fantasies Of A Stay At Home Psychopath, which was recorded at Manchester’s Eve Studio’s alongside producer Rob Ellis (who’s worked with the likes of PJ Harvey and Anna Calvi).

Fantasies Of A Stay At Home Psychopath is a blistering collection of powerful tracks, The Blinders mix the energy of IDLES with the melodies of solo-era John Lennon and the darkness of the Bad Seeds.
