With the release of their sophomore album Future Perfect, Present Tense only two months away (out on March 8 2019), London quintet Ten Fé have just revealed another new song from the new album. The track is titled Coasting and can be streamed here.

Speaking of the new track, the band commented:

[Coasting] is acelebration of new love. It’s a simple statement – ‘when I’m with you, I don’t need anything or anyone else. This feels easy, it feels like a fresh start: I’m coasting’. Musically we kept it really simple too to reflect the sentiment. We wanted it to feel rootsy like The E Street Band and CCR and also channel a Britpop directness.

Following on from previous singles Echo ParkWon’t Happen, No Night Lasts Forever, and Not Tonight, Coasting is the fifth track to be revealed from Future Perfect, Present Tense. The new album was produced by Luke Smith (Foals, Depeche Mode) and mixed by Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Florence & The Machine) and is available to preorder via all digital retailers and on vinyl via the band’s webstore.

To celebrate the album’s release, Ten Fé will tour the UK, Europe, and the US this spring. All dates and ticket links can be found here.
