Leeds sextet Team Picture have just revealed their upcoming mini-album Recital is due for release via Big Dumb Music on June 1. The first new music from the record comes in the form of new Talking Heads inspired single (I Want Your) Life Hack and the accompanying video. Watch and listen below.

Having recently played at Pilbeam’s Noise Night in their hometown Leeds, the band also announced a UK tour in support of the new release. The tour will take place in May and June and include dates at Shacklewell Arms in London as well as The Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on the day the album is released. All dates and tickets can be found below.

The 7-track mini-album was produced by Matt Peel (previously Autobahn, Pulled Apart By Horses, Eagulls) and showcases the band’s love for a variety of genres from pop to rock and post punk.

Referring to themselves as “6 indivisible individuals from Leeds”, Team Picture was formed in 2016. Since then, they have earned praise at Radio 1 and BBC Introducing among others as well as ticking off support slots with the likes of Parquet Courts, Psychic Ills, The Orielles and Ulrika Spacek.
