With their debut album release right around the corner, Sea Girls are treating us to yet more new music. In recent months the indie four-piece have spoilt fans with a plethora of new songs including upbeat smash Do You Really Wanna Know? and frantic, fan favourite All I Want To Hear You Say.

As the final cherry on the cake, Sea Girls have dropped the anthemic new song Forever. Produced by Larry Hibbert in London, the song is designed to be euphoric and probably could have been the song which defined 2020’s festival season.

A bittersweet tale of love and seizing the moment, lead singer Henry Camamile has once again succeeded in creating a song to be chanted back by stadiums of fans all embracing the notion that we’re never going to live forever.

Speaking of the track, Camamile said:

Playing Forever live just feels incredible, it kind of carries you and feels super important and I love singing that last line, just shouting it out ‘I’m never gonna live forever and I don’t want to’.

We might not get to feel that warm, contented feeling of watching the sun go down, holding a beer in a plastic glass with your buddies as Sea Girls play this song across festival stages this summer. However they are still set to be embarking on their UK tour later this year (tickets here) including 11 intimate in-store shows. Full dates can be found below.

The band have also announced two further release shows at The Bodega in Nottingham (25th January 2021) and The Fleece in Bristol (26th January 2021). They have also added matinee shows to their sold out January 2021 release shows in Birmingham and Cardiff.

Sea Girls debut album Open Up Your Head is due out on August 14th.
