Novacub announce debut EP ‘Future Echoes’

Rising quartet Novacub have just announced their debut EP titled Future Echoes will be released on September 13th via LAB Recordings. The band have also dropped a brand new single, Strike, alongside an self-made video. Watch and listen below.

The band commented on making the video:

Strike is probably our favourite song we’ve released thus far, so we wanted to make it feel special by putting together a video that shows what a day in the life of NOVACUB is like.

The consists of Bloc Party drummer Louise Bartle on vocals, Bloc Party founding member and guitarist Russell Lissack and is completed by Iona Thomas (bass) and Tony Alda (drums). Since their inception in 2018, the band have released two singles, I Still Need It and Wait Up, both of which will be on the Future Echoes EP. The full tracklisting can be found below.

Novacub have recently supported the likes of The Xcerts, Good Cop Bad Cop, Kaiser Chiefs and The Futureheads on their respective UK tours. The have also 2000trees festival last weekend. New tour dates will be announced shortly.
