Rising pop four piece Marsicans (pronounced “MAR-sick-anz”) have just shared a brand new video for their most recent single Pop-Ups (Sunny At The Weekend). The summerly jam deals with ridiculous false promises often made in online ads. Watch the video below.

We wanted to recreate the annoying nature of pop-up ads blocking the parts of web-sites that you want to see. Our guitarist Oli animated the video and put in a few hidden surprises along the way.
Pop-ups follows on from previous singles Wake Up Freya and Throw Ourselves In. The single has gained support from the likes of the Sunday Times and BBC 1 and was #2 on the Hype Machine’s Top 10 Most Blogged Artists of the week.
2018 has already been a busy year for Marsicans. Having toured with the likes of Jaws, Hippo Campus & Clean Cut Kid, the band completed their biggest headline tour to date in March with sold out dates in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds.
After several festival appearances this summer, the band will play a hand full of Irish dates in September. All dates and ticket links can be found below.
