Lucia & The Best Boys have today released the mash-up video from their recent Radio 1 Maida Vale Session. The killer mash-up features tracks from Stevie Nicks (Edge Of Seventeen), Gwen Stefani (What You Waiting For) and Charli XCX and Christine & The Queens (Gone). Watch and listen below.

Having previously been tipped as one of the ones to watch by Radio 1’s Jack Saunders earlier this year, they joined him at Maida Vale in February to record the incredible live session. Frontwoman Lucia comments:

Our Maida Vale cover is made up of four different songs by four different artists who I believe helped shape pop music in their different generations, who also all brought a lot of inspiration to me at different times… To me it seems that these 4 artists aren’t afraid to be themselves, they’ve pushed boundaries and are completely original, I look up to all of them, and it’s someone like them that I aspire to be for our younger generation

Lucia and the Best Boys kicked off 2020 with the critically acclaimed Eternity EP. Over the past 18 months, the band have played hundreds of live dates, supporting the likes of The Big Moon and Dream Wife and playing SXSW twice.
