Following on from last week’s massive new single Run For Cover, Brighton four piece Black Honey have announced their new album Written & Directed will be released January 29th March 19th via Foxfive Records.
The new album features new singles Run For Cover and Beaches as well as 8 previously unreleased tracks. The full tracklisting and artwork can be found below.

The album has a single strong message: to encourage and empower women and to fill the gap that frontwoman Izzy B. Phillips felt when she first discovered rock music. The album was written in 2019 while the band was touring with Royal Blood. Mike Kerr of Royal Blood also co-wrote some tracks, such as Run For Cover where his band’s influence is very prominent.
