Currently touring Europe with Royal Blood, Brighton four piece Black Honey today reveal their new single Dig. The new track is already a live favourite and is the first taste of their forthcoming debut album slated for release in 2018.

‘Dig’ is for all the bad bitches as a tribute to our favorite cult movies. It’s a story of love and deception in a twisted fate.

Black Honey are probably Britains most American band at the moment. It’s not just frontwoman’s Izzy B. Phillips hair that will make you think of 1960s USA but also their sound that seems to be straight out of a Tarantino movie.

New single Dig was teased on their Facebook page with a colourful landscape picture and the letters RIP. Maybe not quite so dramatic, Dig is the story of a relationship gone wrong. The video is inspired by Black Honey’s favourite movie, none other than Pulp Fiction. Watch and listen below.
