Big Society share new single ‘Marine Club Party’

Opening for Bob Dylan & Neil Young at Hyde Park this month

Big Society band press shot 2019Manchester four piece Big Society have recently revealed their brand new single Marine Club Party. The track arrives ahead of their appearance at Hyde Park on July 12th where they will open for folk legend Bob Dylan and godfather of grunge, Neil Young. Listen to Marine Club Party below.

The Pete Robertson (ex-Vaccines) produced song is “inspired by The Motorboat Club on the Leith Docks, a hub of clunky teenage debauchery and botched attempts at romance”. Marine Club Party follows on from the band’s debut single, 17, which was released in October 2018. Since then, the quartet have made themselves a name in Manchester’s live scene.

Having already appeared at Live At Leeds, The Great Escape, and Hit The North festivals this year, you’ll be able to catch Big Society later this summer when they join Bob Dylan and Neil Young in Hyde Park, plus also at Standon Calling and Cotton Clouds Festival.

Next to their appearance at Hyde Park, Big Society will also play Stanton Calling and Cotton Clouds festivals as well as a free show at London’s Old Blue Last this summer. Free tickets for the London show can be found here.

Marine Club Party is available digitally as of now.
