With their sophomore album Antisocialites only a few weeks away (out on September 8th via Polyvinyl), Alvvays today share another new track from the album titled Plimsoll Punks. Listen below.

The song is the band’s answer to Television Personalities’ ‘Part-Time Punks’ and a winking surf opus indictment of the self-righteous who intend to condescend.

The album title is derived from the lyrics of Dreams Tonite as frontwoman Molly Rankin sings “In fluorescent light, antisocialites watch a wilting flower.”

Alvvays will be embarking this summer on an extensive world tour with many dates already sold out. Supports will be ALASKALASKA, Jay Som and Nap Eyes All dates can be found below.
