After recently announcing their new singleWas It Really Worth It?, The Sherlocks have just announced that they will be supporting Rat Boy and DMA’S in April (dates below).

The Sherlocks are currently on their biggest headline UK & Ireland headline tour and today dropped a video Was It Really Worth It?. Watch below.

It’s basically about the battle of pleasing someone who can’t be pleased or in other words it’s summed up in the last verse ‘fighting a battle that can’t be won’. It is definitely an anthem of ours and it’s pretty much been a favourite of mine since I wrote it years ago.

The band were formed in Sheffield when brothers Josh (guitar) and Andy (bass) Davidson moved in next door to brothers Kiaran (vocals/guitar) and Brandon (drums) Crook’s grandparents. Bonding over their shared taste in British giants like the Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles, Libertines, Oasis and The Jam. The Sherlocks have been steadily building a solid live following and were the first unsigned band since Arctic Monkeys to sell out their local venue the Sheffield Leadmill.
