In the middle of their sold out UK tour, DMA’s have just revealed a live acoustic video for Step Up The Morphine, one of my favourites from their outstanding debut Hills End that was released last week.

Step Up The Morphine was written shortly after Johnny Took’s (guitar, songwriting) had passed away. Stripped back to acoustic guitar and vocal, lead singer Tommy O’Dell lays himself bare and delivers 3 minutes of heartfelt raw emotion.

Hills End is out now via Mom + Pop / Infectious / PIAS. DMA’s are currently in the UK for a run of sold out shows before returning to Australia, Europe and the US later this spring. Tour dates are below.
